Make Peace with Your Past.

Accept who you are. Be okay with your unhelpful decisions from the past. This makes you who you are. If you can see your whole self and be okay with it, no one can use your problems against you. Make peace with your past. See it, accept it, learn from it, and let it go. Learn to not let the past cause worry and anxiety for the present. You do not have to be punished for the past. Today is a new day.
