Be Kind

We can be extremely critical and harsh on ourselves. We feel the need to treat others better than we treat ourselves. Are we not important? Should we be making ourselves feel bad?

We should be our best friend. We should be compassionate and understanding of ourselves just like we are of our loved ones, babies, dogs, and friends. We are just as good as everyone in our lives, and we should not be harder on ourselves than those around us. See and understand that we deserve to love ourselves. Be kind, less critical, and less judgmental.
