Let Go and Be Happy

Can we eliminate all negative thoughts and emotions, probably not, but we can let much of them go and live in a happier way? Life will always be difficult at times, but we can learn to work with our issues and not let our mind cause more trouble. We can be happier and more at peace, and know and feel that we are whole and needed in this crazy world.
