Happiness is a choice of how you react to the many thoughts, interactions, and events throughout the day. Learn to see what is happening and pick what makes you happy. You are the only one who can decide if you will be happy. Do what is best for you and try to be helpful to others. No one can make you happy until you wish to be happy, and no one can take it away from you unless you let them.
