Stop trying to do the impossible
We think that we can figure out solutions to all of our problems. Maybe there is not a solution to the problem you are facing. We need to develop the ability, through focus and mindful awareness, to see the different choices we have and to learn which ones are not possible. Many times, we try to do something, time after time, and the path comes up to a brick wall and there is no way through. Why keep trying to go through a brick wall, maybe it is time to give it a break, go around, or just let it go.
