Stay Positive

If you cannot do anything about something negative, accept it and let it go. Do not let a good day be ruined by allowing your mind to return to negative past events, or small difficulties that come up throughout the day. See them for what they are and let them go. Do not allow past problems to affect your life today. Accept and understand your past? Learn from the past instead of making the past who you are now. If the past cannot help you now, just let it go. Don’t let the past make you bitter, unhappy, or distrustful. When you can accept and let go of what you cannot change, true happiness can grow stronger. If you cannot change or control what is happening, change the way you react and just let it go. Don’t bury it, just accept it, and let it go.
