Do What Makes You Happy

If it calms, relaxes, gives pleasure, and is helpful, give time to it. If it is hurtful, unhelpful or causes stress, maybe it is time to let it go. Anything that you think about regularly becomes what your mind believes is true. If you hold onto certain types of thoughts, they become your reality.
